UMP Timer: A Timer Add-On for sOLAT Platform
UMP Timer is a Chrome add-on developed by Dawid Walczak. It is a timer that can be added to the test views on the sOLAT platform, allowing users to track the time spent on a single question. The add-on also includes a configuration panel accessible through the extension's icon.
Version 1.1 of UMP Timer introduces support for tests where the "Save answer" button automatically switches to the next question. This feature enhances the user experience by seamlessly transitioning between questions without the need to manually save and navigate.
The configuration panel offers various options for customization. Users can choose to enable or disable the appearance of the timer and adjust the script refresh rate (ranging from 1 toA higher refresh rate results in a faster display of the timer but may also increase computer resource usage.
Additionally, users can customize the displayed timers by adding or removing them, changing their names, and setting time limits for reset (ranging from 1 toAny changes made can be easily applied by selecting the respective field and entering the desired value. In case of an invalid input, the previous valid value will be restored.
